These terms apply to every purchase from Casablanca Wireless (https://store.casablancawirelessllc.com), whether you collect your order in store or have it delivered. By placing an order you accept them. Please keep a copy for your records.

2. Our products

We sell new, pre-owned and refurbished devices. Each listing shows the device, its storage, colour, carrier status and condition grade. Pre-owned and refurbished devices may show cosmetic wear consistent with their grade. Photos may show the model and grade rather than the exact unit.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in this shop's currency. Any applicable sales tax and delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is listed in obvious error, we will tell you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Your order

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order if the device is no longer available, if payment is not completed or is declined, or if the order does not pass our fraud checks. If we cancel, everything you paid is refunded to your original payment method.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Some card orders may be verified with you by phone or email before they are released.

6. Collection and delivery

For in-store collection, bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID. An order not collected within the hold period shown at checkout may be cancelled and refunded. Delivered orders ship to the address you give at checkout, as described in our Shipping Policy. Please check your device when you receive it and tell us promptly about any problem.

7. Returns and warranty

Returns, exchanges and warranty cover are described in our Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that applies to you.

8. Network compatibility

The carrier status on each listing (for example, unlocked) describes the device as we sell it. Compatibility with your network depends on your carrier.

9. Your information

We use your details to process and deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Casablanca Wireless is located, without limiting any consumer protection that applies where you live.
